Alberta’s energy sector relies heavily on U.S. trade, driving jobs, equalization payments, and national prosperity. Halting oil exports would cripple Alberta’s economy and harm Canada. Instead of fostering division,  Ottawa should strengthen ties with the U.S. and prioritize practical solutions over politically motivated risks.
